Gluten Free All Purpose Flour is suitable for a variety of cooking uses such as thickening sauces, gravies, casseroles, coating & crumbing. It's also great for baking cakes, muffins, slices, biscuits, desserts & pastry. When making bread we recommend using a gluten free bread mix.
