Delivery is available
Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 9.00am to 7.00pm
Saturday (excluding public holidays) 8.00am - 4.00pm
Delivery timeslots are selected during the checkout process and cannot be held whilst you are adding to your shopping cart
Please ensure you are home to receive your delivery in your chosen time slot as we will not be able to leave your goods unattended at your address.
Delivery fees:
Orders up to the value of $99.99 incur a delivery fee of $15.00
Orders between the value of $100 and $199.99 incur a delivery fee of $13.00
Orders between the value of $200 and $299.99 incur a delivery fee of $10.00
Orders to the value of $300 & over have Free Delivery
Same Day Delivery(selected areas)
Order by 11am for delivery prior to 2pm
Delivery fee: $20 flat rate on all orders

Option 1 – Personalised Car Service
- Park in one of our Drakes click & collect carparks – Enter the carpark via Winona St near the Drakes back dock and the click & collect carparks will be directly in front
- Call 8219 8300 and quote your order/invoice number and the type of vehicle you are in
- One of our friendly team members will bring your groceries out to your vehicle
- Take your groceries home to enjoy.
- You will be required to present your Photographic ID to our friendly team member when they bring out your shopping
- Go to the Service Desk at the front of the store.
- Present your order number and your Photographic ID to our friendly team member.
- The credit card used for payment must be shown and match the Photographic ID when collecting the order.
